We’ll be in San Francisco next week!

On Wednesday, April 5th:

  • Zoe Jenkin will participate in an authormeets-critics session on Chris Hill’s Perceptual Experience at 9am.
  • Lori Watson will participate in a discussion on “The Status of “Women” in the Committee on the Status of Women” at 9am.
  • Anne Baril will present “Teaching the Doctrine of Double Effect in Connection with Laws Restricting Access to Abortion” in a Teaching Hub session at 9am.
  • Jake Quilty-Dunn will participate in an author-meets-critics session on Ned Block’s The Border between Seeing and Thinking at 1pm. 
  • Mason Westfall will present “Phenomenal AntiImperialism” in a colloquium session at 4pm.
  • Alex Wentzell will present comments on Mason’s paper (see above). 

On Thursday, April 6th:

  • Casey O’Callaghan will participate in an authormeets-critics session on Elijah Chudnoff’s Forming Impressions at 1pm
  • Ron Mallon will present “Social Structure and Inequality” in a symposium session at 1pm. 
  • Alex Cunningham will present “The AgentDirected Account of Epistemic Blame” in a colloquium session at 1pm.  
  • Lesley Walker will present comments on “Transparency, Ideality, and Epistemic Possibility” in a colloquium session at 3pm.
  • Allan Hazlett will present “The Simple Function of Telling” in a symposium session at 1pm.

On Friday, April 7th:

  • Gabby Zhang will present comments on “Resisting Moral Encroachment” in a colloquium session at 10am. 
  • Will Bell will present “Defensive Injuries and the Prorating of Punishment” in a colloquium session at 10am.
  • Matt McGrath will participate in an authormeets-critics session on John Bengson, Terence Cuneo, and Russ Schafer-Landau’s Philosophical Methodology at 1pm.
  • Anne Baril will present comments on “Making Epistemically Rewarding Relations” in a colloquium session at 1pm.
