Joining our faculty in Fall 2020 - Zoe Jenkin and Jake Quilty-Dunn

Welcome Zoe and Jake!

The Department of Philosophy and the Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology Program are pleased to announce two new hires for Fall 2020.

 

Zoe Jenkin (PhD Harvard University) will join the department as Assistant Professor. Zoe works in the areas of epistemology, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of psychology. Her recent research looks into the role of reasons in perception and cognition, and the scope of epistemic evaluability.

 

 

 

 

Jake Quilty-Dunn (PhD The Graduate Center, CUNY), currently a research fellow at Oxford University, will join the department as Assistant Professor. Jake's work focuses in philosophy of mind and cognitive science. His recent research involves ERC Project: Metacognition of Concepts as well as projects on the structure of concepts, the function of rationalization, and the compositional nature of icons.
